The Mavericks Surf Competition was held last Saturday in Half Moon Bay, CA, just 10 miles south of Pacifica - home to Juno's Garden. The waves set records and the events drew crowds from all over. Sophie and I missed the crowds and viewed the waves from our favorite Pacifica vantage point. WOW - they were huge! But Sophie and I kept a good distance away and enjoy the view :).
